IHHT
INTERVAL HYPEROXIA THERAPY
.....
The mitochondria are the energy centers of our cells, which provide us with fuel and ATP (adenosine triphosphate) as energy currency. However, as we age and under stress, they lose their efficiency in producing energy, which means that harmful free radicals are no longer adequately neutralized. This can lead to malfunctions in the hormonal, immune and nervous systems, as well as heart and muscle weakness. By using IHHT (interval hypoxia-hyperoxia therapy), the mitochondria can be trained and regenerated. In addition, the formation of red blood cells and growth hormones is promoted. Deeper breathing and stronger blood flow result in better oxygen supply to cells, tissues and organs.
EFFECT
VITALIZATION
cell regeneration and renewal
Healthy Aging Strategies to Slow Down the Aging Process
Burnout and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS)
sleep disorders
Increased susceptibility to infections
Respiratory diseases such as asthma, bronchitis, COPD or sleep apnea
Fibromyalgia, multiple sclerosis and chronic Lyme disease
Rehabilitation after illnesses, injuries and operations
Preparation of untrained people for entry into endurance sports and for weight loss
PROCESS
ABSORBED THROUGH BREATHING
The IHHT treatment procedure in practice consists of you wearing a breathing mask and breathing oxygen-reduced air and oxygen-enriched air six to seven times while sitting or lying down. A training session lasts 55 minutes and it is recommended to do 10 sessions with 2 appointments per week to start with. After that, weekly or fortnightly treatment is recommended for sustained success.
